As an artist I love teaching students of all ages and backgrounds. Using analogies in my method of teaching, I explain to my students how art relates to their everyday lives through experiential learning. During the art making process my students gain skills in observation, critical thinking and reflection to name just a few.

 

Art is a visual language. A vehicle to empower and encourage students to be inspired. Making a connection with my students is vital in my support of their learning differences as they discover their voices.
